Unused Sockets in the MPC X circuit board

Hi,

perhaps an odd question, but I’m just nodding my X and noticed that there are two unused Jack sockets J15 & J12 on the AZ01 CR PCB. Would anyone happen to know what they might be for? I ask as I’m about to drill a hole in the back panel where those jacks would go. And was curious as to what Akai May have intended to go there, but decide not to....

Which PCB is that? What's on it?

There's space for HDMI and Ethernet on the main board.

It IS the HDMI and ethernet.

That would've been rad if they used the HDMI out and gave it mouse support. The day your touch screen dies you would still be able to use the Live with a monitor and mouse.
