MPC one audio tracks stopping

I recorded, chopped up some samples. Made a quick drum kit to accompany, then went into audio tracks to lay down a little bass. Once I recorded my part (4 bars long), I played it back to check out my work. It played thru the sequence perfectly the first time, but every time since then it stops playing about 3/4 of the way thru the sequence.

If I change the number of bars in the audio tracks it changes where it mutes. If I start a new track, and just record the bass and do nothing else, it does not mute the audio 3/4 of the way thru. I know Akai's implementation of the audio channels has been lackluster in the past, but this is unusable.

I'm hoping its something I'm doing wrong so I don't have to send this thing back to the store.

CHARLESRANDOLPH wrote:Switch BPM from Master to Sequence (Enter the right BPM.) That should fix the issue. The Audio Tracks are tied to the Sequence BPM not the Master Sequence. I was able to reproduce it, so there's no need to return it, because it's not the same hardware issue the LIVE had.
