TOPIC 1
Thinking about a Live Setup, i am trying to send MIDI Notes and Clock from a External Sequencer to MPC One.
MPC One receives the Clock perfect.
What i was trying to do, it to have many tracks (Drums, Keys, Bass) all receiving MIDI from a External Sequencer.
Like
Track 1 (Drums) Receive MIDI Notes Events at MIDI Channel 1
Track 2 (Sounds) Receive MIDI Notes Polyphonic at MIDI Channel 2
Track 3 (Bass) Receive MIDI Notes Monophonic at MIDI Channel 3
But i could not define MIDI Channel for the Tracks. Also, tried MIDI Setup, to setup:
Bank A (MIDI Channel 1)
Bank B (MIDI Channel 2)
...
But Tracks, Banks, are receiving MIDI from all Channels.
If i move to a new Plug In Track (select MIDI Channel 3) it is receiving message from the sequencer sending at MIDI Channel 1.
So can not move forward on this.
TOPIC 2
Sending from the same sequencer two same MIDI Notes Messages, to Akai MPC One and to Novation Drum Station.
The sound out of MPC One has a bit delay from the Analog Gear, probably because the Digital Envelopes need lots of CPU calculus, and it is not just in a direct VCA in a shot.
ACME SND4 can compensate the delay.
But someone know any internal preference to avoid the clock station in between?
TOPIC 3
If i connect a USB Mix Desk / Audio Interface to a Akai MPC One, there is any possibility to select the Mix Desk Soundcard Device and split the Outputs (via USB) into the Mix Desk Channels, so be able to Mix with Multi Channels?
