MPC One and Arturia Minilab MK2 connection.

Yo. I just got a package with Arturia Minilab MK2 that contains Analog Lab Lite software.
Keyboard connected to standalone MPC One via USB is working properly.
Keyboard connected to PC via USB, MPC in controller mode via second USB, everything works good (MPC Software + Analog Lab VST).

Is it possible to use the Analog Lab when the keyboard is connected to MPC One in controller mode?
Will I have to disconnect the USB cable from MPC and connect it to the PC every time when I want to use the keyboard in MPC Software?

I'm pretty sure you can do that one way or the other. Can you use the Arturia software as a plugin from the MPC software? Thats how I use my old Maschine plugins

I would have thought just keep the keyboard plugged to the computer would be best.

Works for me with an MPC Live. I assume you tried it before posting, what problems are you having? Is the minilab not appearing in preferences > midi/sync?

As I have a keyboard connected to MPC in standalone mode, it is visible in the MIDI settings, but when I switch MPC to controller mode, the keyboard is powered, but its name disappears from the settings.
Only when I connect the keyboard directly to the PC, it appears in the MPC Software settings and works with Analog Lab Software.

I wonder if this is an oddity with the MPC One... like not being able to mount USB/SD Cards in controller mode.

Definitely working in the MPC Live, have it hooked up now. MPC USB B port to Arturia Minilab 2 USB A port. MPC USB A to computer, controller mode enabled. Minilab triggering an MPC plugin track 100%. This is on a Mac running Mojave using generic USB 2.0 cables.

The MPC One should have the same support here as all other MPCs, it's supposed to be only USB file transfer that isn't supported. But does have only USB 2, not USB 3, perhaps that's relevant when in controller mode. Try different USB cables, see if that makes a difference. Many of us found Akai's included USB cable to be erratic.
