Same Program on Multiple Tracks

Why when I use the same drum program on a new track do the sounds choke each other out. How can I use the same program on multiple track and be able to add to my tracks with out the pads cancelling each other.

Make sure the individual pads poly play (PROGRAM > LFO MOD) and the program play ( program > MASTER) are set to 'POLY', Turn off any mute groups.

Uufff, i like that. I choke my own chicken all the time.
