MIDI Recording in Standalone getting cut off after 4 bars

Having an immense amount of issues with multiple different MIDI Controllers, MIDI Record cuts off at 4 bars. The notes are being triggered are received by the MPC One in standalone mode just fine, but when recording the MIDI in, it always gets cut off at 4 bars (even though I have sequence set up with 64 bars, so I have NO IDEA why it would be doing such a thing as cutting off the notes that were played after four bars!) Have tried updating firmware on both MPC One and MIDI Controllers, I have a StudioLogic SL88 Studio MIDI Controller. Have tried absolutely everything! I believe this to be a faulty unit, as it is also having issues with the Q-Link knobs disabling the touch screen when used. Firmware is updated to very latest 2.8.1, and MIDI Controller (StudioLogic SL88 Studio) is able to input in all notes from A0 to C8 all 88 Keys. When in Standalone Recording mode I can hear the notes being played but when I go to play what’s been recorded with the MIDI Controller every MIDI note from the 4th bar onwards is inaudible, this problem is fixed if I overdub, however the overdub is then cut off after the 8th bar, so on and so on in multiples of 4. There has to be a solution for this, absolutely no-one from Akai nor StudioLogic have come to any help whatsoever. Hoping the great folks of this forum can help me out.

Can you take a picture of your main screen and share it?

Does it have anything to do with automation?

Did you use the reset option in the setup menu.

Some users had to use it because of unusual behavior even after updating the firmware.

If you don't want to answer questions or listen to people trying to help, it's best you just take a hot bath and put toto africa on. After that, donate your MPC to mc hammer, he's bankrupt.
