Hello

To give you context, I have a song under 1 sequence with each track running a different program with my sounds aligned program to track.

Track 1 - Samples (program 1)
Track 2 - Kicks (program 2)
Track 3 - HH (program 3)

And so on.

The problem occurs when I am performing the song and I jump between track mute, pad mute, mixing pages and grid mode. When I hop between these pages as the song is playing, the programs will switch around on the tracks. So my samples(program 1) on track 1 will show up on track 2 which is where my kicks are programmed.

When I stop the song and go to the main page, the programs are switched around on the tracks and I have to reset them.

Has anybody had this issue? Is it a bug or am I missing something?

I appreciate any help you have to offer.

Programs don’t just jump that I know of.

1. On the main page check the very first sequence, see what programs are assigned to what tracks.
WRITE IT DOWN!

2. Check all other sequences the exact same way and detail the same things.

3. Check LIST EDIT on all sequences, scroll through the events to see if there are program changes anywhere.

1 seq, ok, cool, check everything in LIST EDIT. Accidental program change automations while twisting knobs in diff screen maybe? Does it always happen atthe same point in time in the seq?

So I discovered the problem and it was my error but I will post what I was doing in case anybody else is doing this.

Whenever I was in any of the mix or mute screens And I would scroll between the different tracks, I had the program bar highlighted at the top left instead of the track bar in the middle on top of the screen. So when I would go back to the main menu, it would reassign the programs based on what I scrolled to.

Thank you for your help. Sorry for the mistake.

Oh ok, accidental assign.

Completely understand. Good you noticed it.
