N00b Q on Connecting MPC Live2 to Computer Scarlett

Hi! I am mega n00b, so this may be very dumb, but also not something captured in the manual.... at least thats what somebody who RTFM told me... brand new MPC Live 2 user and when connect to Garageband (yes Garageband I am n00b) it seems like I don't get the same quality sound as out of the speaker (always)..

Using a Scarlet2i2, not sure if best to use Instrument setting or none or if there's something else to consider?
But on first beast I exported it sounded solid, then second one it seems a little fluffed out, just not as crisp, losing the mmph...

I'm sorry i am using garage band and I am sorry I am new and dumb, but I would really love some help/advice!

There are way, way , waaaaaaaaaaay too many unknowns in your post for us to even begin. I'd probably recommend you begin by explaining exactly how you're setup and what it is exactly you're doing. I'll start with one question: are you running your Live 2 in controller mode, hooked up to the desktop MPC Software, running as a plugin in Garagband?
