Hi there,

MPC ONE 2.8 standalone

I have a plugin track with TubeSynth running a bassline in mono Legato mode, just a few long notes of a reese bass in an 8-bar sequence. I noticed that it would randomly skip notes in some loops, however some loops are fine, it seems to be happening randomly. I tried adjusting notes start-end and swithing to mono retrigger, but it did not help. Anyone else ever had this issue and is there a workaround?

I've had this from time to time but always resolves itself if I reload the song, although sometimes it needs doing a couple of times. Sorry, can't be any more helpful than that.

You mean different sequences where you played different notes? Or? That part is unclear to me.

perhaps a video would clear it up..

Same sequence with same notes playing in a loop

Idk if this is what is happening to you but:
Ive had some dropped bass notes from time to time, it wasnt random though. Pretty sure it was phase cancellation & the start/end points of the midi notes needed to have a certain amount of space between them to play & some couldn't overlap or even touch end/start points.
Theres probably some other technical solution(s), but I dont know it

This in combination with a mono synth would make sense.
