When using the Looper before opening the Sampler window, looper will become stuck in a "System Resources" dialog loop.
This happens when the Sampler's "Max Length" is previously set to full, you load programs into a project and attempt to use the Looper.
Looper does not automatically adjust the "Max Length" and becomes stuck in a "System Resources" dialog loop.
Solution : Open the Sampler window and it will automatically adjust the "Max Length" to the available memory.
