Just updated 2.10 and the Synth-Plugins. But the Solina-Plugin can´t be downloaded from the page and also not be used in my MPC Live I. What went wrong? Is it a bug?

Download the 2.10 SYNTH CONTENT pack. It's a +1 gigabyte ZIP file, from which you copy the Synths subfolder to the root of your SD card or USB stick or SSD drive. Instructions are everywhere, including this forum, Akai site, Youtube, Reddit. You need to download the whole content pack, even if you only want the Solina stuff.

Not a bug but user error, everything went nice and swiftly for me. Download synth content unzip folder, drag synth folder onto your SD,HD or usb stick and make sure whatever storage your using for synth content is connected to your MPC before powering up. Hope you get it sorted.
