So you know the way you make a MIDI drum pattern, put it on a pad, and it'll just loop until you press another pad, then that one loops, and so on? Like an old time drum machine?
That's easy. But getting audio to behave the same way?

I have a series of drum patterns in audio that I managed to dice up and assign to pads. But I can't get them to loop when I hit each pad. They play once and done.
Now, I've been down the forum road with this, and I can't believe it's true. I've read that you have to hit PAD 16, but all that does on my LIVE 2 is try and play something that isn't assigned to the pad. I've read that you go to LFO and/or MODULATION to turn NOTE ON, but I don't see any commands for that I've tried turning LOOP ON in sample edit mode; I did manage to get the samples to loop in reverse, but not forward (??)
Then, some people said you have to go to CLIP mode.

Much obliged if anyone can unlock this for me, thx!
