Finally got my MPC hardware and software re-synced and just digging into Drum Designer to sample up some drum sounds, and WoW I had underestimated the value of this plugin.
I'm just posting to rave about it.
I'm all about workflow, and DD has a wide range of parameters all set up in a logical way. I've spend untold hours tweaking my Analog Rytm trying to get sounds where I wanted them, and it's frustrating. But with DD I got a bunch of sounds right where I wanted them in minutes. Logic has a similar plug-in, but it has nothing on DD. Possibly my experience with that, affected my view of this plug-in, before I had time to really dig into it.
It makes the MPC Live that much more worth the money.
