Hello I've been reporting some bugs to Akai team ( master, Submix and returns Midi mappings/ Q links mapping that are not saved with the project since 2.10... and documented MIDI note off bug that cut notes on other MIDI channels/ ports )

I'm in Europe ( France) so it's a UK "ION audio Website inquire" that answered me... He gave me a link to join a Akaipro forum about this issue, but Ican't access this forum with my customer akai pro account, I need to be invited.. Of course I told to the customer services, but they usually answer in 15 days, so if somebody here could invite me to this forum that could be very cool

Here is the link that Customer service gave me ... Thanks and have a nice day

Ion Audio is just one of inMusic's 'brands' along with Akai. However I'm not sure why they are actively telling you to use that forum as it's not a public forum, it's for beta testers only and invite is only by Akai staff. It was a public forum very briefly, but has been private for over a year now.

As a non-beta tester you must submit bugs using the contact form on akai's web site or the bug report option in the MPC Software (the smiley face icon, bottom right of the screen).

hello and thanks for the info and answer, MPC-Tutor. I did report some bugs, these two one (midi mappings and midi note off) are well documented in this thread so did'nt doubled them .. By contacting support from Akai, I was trying to get an info about a possible soon or late fix about these bug which are both very hard to handle on stage or band rehearsal context. But they suggest revert to 2.9 which is a bit sad.

I also asked to become l Beta tester but no result so far 8) i could really help testing aspects of this firmware as I use this machine in many different workflows and found some good workarounds :)

Anyway, tx for reading, go back on music
