Midi Rx Issue - MPC Live

I am running Keystep Pro with 3 synths and MPC Live for the drums. All I am trying to do is use the KS drum sequencer to trigger the mpc pad samples. So I am running it on Channel 10, set the mpc pads to receive on channel 10 and this works just fine. However the problem is that the other tracks which are on channels 1,2,3 are intermittently triggering an MPC pad. Just one pad here and there and it is happening on a couple of the other KS tracks when notes are hit. I double checked the Rx channels for the pad and Tx on the KS tracks and there is no problem. The synths have no midi output connections. I am running midi solutions 4 way midi splitter from the KS Pro. Any ideas on what could be causing this cross channel issue? Is there a way to set the MPC globally to only allow channel 10 Rx for all traffic? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
