2.10 update synth

I updated my mpc one retro but when it came time to download the synth content it would finish then when it came time to download it told me file couldn't download I tied several times and said it everytime is it something I'm doing because I don't understand

1. Check your Internet connection (hit Speedtest.net and test your bandwidth - is your connection good)?
2. Restart your computer.
3. Which Internet browser are you using? Clear your browser cache - maybe it's gunked up. If that doesn't work, try another browser as suggested above.

Download via the link in the desktop MPC software instead of the link in your akai account page.
