If you select the 'All' in the Keygroup screen, you can apply a filter to all groups at once.

Yes but you can't automate, qlink or midi learn ALL ...
... Akai could improve it easily by ading a "Global Enveloppes" to the Keygroup Program Edit page, as the "Master" tab does it.
