MPC X - OLED Display is off… is this a bug?

Hello,

my MPC X is only a few days old but the OLED Screens doesn‘t work.

The Q-Links works but there is no display. (Check out the image and sorry for my bad english)

I'm not aware of any known bugs relating to OLED screens not working. If it's new you should return it to the retailer and get a new one or refund. It should work perfectly out of the box.

The OLED Ribbon Cables may not be Seated Properly?

Where did you find OLED screen for MPC X?

He just means the scribble strips above the Q-Links. Return the unit bro. They should light up right away. I also had problems with the ones on of my first unit. I should have a thread on it somewhere.
