How to sample into MPC Key 61with turntable or phone? I don't see inputs.
If your turntable has phono level outputs only, then you'll need to go through a phono preamp or DJ mixer etc, something that can push it up to line level. To sample from your phone (headphone socket!), get an adapter cable to go from stereo 1/8th inch to two separate 1/4inch jack, like this:

If it doesn't have a headphone socket, then I assume a usb c adapter required first:
