Pad triggering problem

Hi all , my kick pad A1 randomly triggers the snare pad A2 . This was happening before the update but its getting worse .

Any idea how to fix this ?

Firstly have you got it set to simultaneous play ? (program edit >master>simultaneous play)

secondly, what are your threshold and sensitivity settings (preferences>hardware) if youve got the threshold low, and the sensitivity high, then yeh you might find even the slightest connection will possibly trigger it if youre a bit clumsy


other than that could be faulty hardware, what unit is it ?

I'll try the sensitivy but I've been trying it just one finger and it still triggers .

It's only these two pads that behave like this

Is it intermittent, or literally every press?
