Live2 problem with connection

Hi!
I can't link my live2 into PC.
Everything is installed, in MPC apllication on PC i can choose akai pro mpc live II asio in device and input (in preferences tab), when i touch pad it is visible on the pc screen but mpc is not visible in my computer and in controller mode i cant browse any samples or instruments. Is it problem with drivers? In PC i have windows 10 pro. Please help!!!

The internal factory drive cannot be accessed from a computer, only attached disks like sd card, usb or Sata

If i understood corectly, i can only use samples and instruments copied to sd card?

Mpc is not visible as drive in "my computer" is it correct?

Basically yes, because anything you save to the internal drive is not accessible outside of the mpc. You can load a project and go to ´menu, save, project as’ and resave it to your sd card

Double check the drivers are installed. Re-run the MPC software installer, first window select your hardware (live11). On the next window you'll see the software installation with a tick next to it, immediately below is the driver install, which sometimes doesn't automatically install alongside the software, re- run the driver install, see if that helps

It doesn’t sound like the mpc isn’t connecting for controller mode, just that he was expecting to see the internal drive in file explorer
