New synths not available in Program but seen as downloaded

Hey all,

I purchased a brand new MPC live 2 yesterday and immediately updated the firmware from 2.8 to 2.11.3 and I’m unable to use the new synths (Hype, etc) as programs even though they are showing as downloaded in the preferences plugin screen… Has anyone else experienced this bug and if so, how did you solve this?

No bug like this to my knowledge. How exactly did you install them? Did you download them from within your MPC Live II? They also have to be "activated" after you register your Live II via your InMusic/Akai account.
