Weird MPC live 2 glitch

Hello folks!

Need your opininion on this: bought a brand new mpc live 2 and it develops weird behaviour. After about 30 min of use it starts to freeze for a second ca every 5 minutes. I've updated it to latest firmware, same issue. It has been sent out to warranty repair 3 times, waited for nearly 6 months in total but issue is still here. Made a video with timestamps when glitches occur. Happens on personal and demo projects exactly the same, so dont think it is related to RAM. No hard drive inside. Need your advice on this please so i can start using my MPC normally Thanks! Roman

Have you tampered with any of the Internal Factory Folders? Deleted anything recently?

No, nothing at all.

Do you use the autosave function? Sound like it. Deactivate that.

Autosave is disabled, this was one of the first things Ive checked

How is your RAM and CPU usage during playback when it starts to act up? I can't tell from your video. Also, you say that everything works fine for about half an hour before it starts to hiccup at ~5 minute intervals? Maybe throw a small desktop fan blowing into the side of it and see if you can repeat the issue - maybe it's an overheating thing?

RAM and CPU are normal before and during hickups. Unit is not hot either... Apparently something inside was changed during second warranty repair, but it did not help to sort the issue. Today also removed a few project files I had on internal drive but still same behaviour. Factory reset done, no sd or hard drive so do not know what else I can do to make it work normal.

I used an SD card and SSD for all my projects and files from day one...

Oooooooo, if so, on this site, we’ve said it 5 million times, never save to that default internal drive. ALWAYS use thumb, external usb drive. The internal has a file structure that should NOT be messed with, or, problems happen.

Actually these project files were saved to internal drive by a warranty repairs team not me, while they were testing the unit
