Audio tracks

Good evening

After 2 days of trying to figure it out I am hoping for some advice how to load a wav or mp3 into audio tracks.
I want to load a beat mixdown into track 1
And record vocals on further tracks

Ideal would be to be able playing a song from songmode while recording vocals to it

An audio track is just another way to play a sample. Or multiple samples. So the first thing you need to do is load your wave file as a sample, through the browser. Then go to your audio track, select any tool other than the navigation tool on the far right, and then touch browse samples. That will allow you to insert any sample at the current cursor location. That's all there is to it

In song mode convert the song to a new sequence. Then you can record audio tracks over that new sequence
