My bandmate and I are using the Key 61 for live duo work. Within a project, each sequence represents a song. We move from sequence to sequence randomly using MIDI PC commands from OnSong. Works fine.
This morning, we decided to run his vocal mic and guitar through Inputs 1 and 2 on the Key 61. That seems to work OK. But he plays keys on most songs, and guitar on only a few. On the songs (sequences) where he is not playing guitar, we'd like to MUTE the guitar track. But when I mute the guitar track in one sequence it is muted for all sequences in the project.
Is there a way to mute a track on just the sequences we need it to be?
I know he can just turn the volume down on the guitar, but we'd like to make it automatic, if possible.
