Mpc live can't connected to the pc

Hello everyone, has it happened to someone that the Mpc live connected to the pc is not visible. The PC connection screen appears on the MPC, but I can't see the hard disk folders on the PC...
Then it also happens that when I turn it off (or try to connect it to the PC) it freezes and remains with the shut down symbol . Someone can help me please?
