Akai Support Tickets

I have been waiting for now 1 week for a reply.
Customer service is on the relaxed side.

How log does it take to reply to support tickets?

Based on what people are posting here it's typically weeks but sometimes never

i never got a reply from opening a ticket but the chat looks preatty efficient tbh!
they always responded to me and were quite helpful

Live chat is generally my preferred contact option for any company these days, it beats having to sit in a phone queue as you can just get on with stuff with the chat sat in the background. Never used the Akai one, but as long as they have knowledgable support staff who have the power to actually fix stuff themselves, then fingers crossed it might just work out.
