BeatStep encoders midi control issue

Hello everyone!
I faced some issue when I'm trying to map BeatStep pro encoders with the MPC one to control volume parameters. The issue is a volume for some reason automatically returns to the starting position, as if I'm recording a parameter, but I'm not. I attach a video. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Appreciate any help.

Check the midi monitor on MPC for unexpected CCs. In addition, erase automation, just in case.

Automation is clear.

It seems to be a BEATSTEP issue perhaps.

Did you set the q links to the proper settings?

Is this not a setting in the Arturia MMC, that needs changing?

What do you mean? I tried to change some setting as on this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=23Sp8QFObuM?t=85 But it helps only in handle buttons case (mute/unmute). Maybe I did something wrong? I've changed encoder to relative values.

It applies to stand-alone also.
