New Fabric and other Plugins come in cold (low volume)

Is there any way to make Fabric and other built-in plug-ins come in hotter they pale in comparison to VSTs and AudioUnits across the board adding more time to setting levels.

This is not an easy question to answer w/o more info about your gain staging & stuff like that. Where do put the master vol knob on the MPC? I leave mines at max & adjusted as needed in each track settings. So with a plugin I would the set the vol in the plugin edit menu.

Use your Insert FX at either the Program Level or the Master Track Level. There are a Exorbitant amount of Insert FX to make ANY sound, sound like how you want it to sound! lol
