Hi everyone,
I have been struggling to import my midi tracks for a few days now.
I bought my MPC live 2 mainly to perform my pre-existing songs. I want to import the songs on a track by track basis meaning that I want to import the midi from let’s say for example my drums and sample a kit accordingly. The sampling part is no problem but importing midi has been tiresome. I merge my midi parts per track in Logic Pro X but still it appears as multiple tracks on the MPC Live 2 holding random parts of my midi data.
This way of working seems counterproductive. I also tried to record the midi data on a track from Logic to the MPC but this didn’t seem to work. If I can’t find a proper workflow for this I might need to end up selling the unit which is a same cause I like the pads, U/I and I/O a lot
