MPC Live mk1 2.10.1 - need help to prepare to update

I own my MPC live mk1 since it came out, done tons of things with it but totally forgot how to save my own files before updating and I've never used the software.
Can anyone please drive me to the best way to track down what has to be saved (projects, samples and settings), where I find them and how to save them?
I know this is a stupid question, but after reading Live mk1's manual and seeing some tutorials my confusional state has just got worst and don't want to waste all my work.

was able to get through it and install the update!
finding from where do the "save as" for the project file was the dark part for me.
being able to update via wifi is amazing, it looks like MPC sw is doing big, clever steps finally.
can't wait to working with this new fw and explore the potential of connecting to the MPC software
