Support and discussion for all of Akai’s modern standalone MPCs including the MPC X / X SE, MPC Live 1, 2 & 3, MPC One / One+, MPC Key 37/61.
Have a ton of keyboards already but amp going to be using them strictly for sounds and want a controller.
Do the newest Akai controllers come with a preset for an MPC One plus?
Thanks

The complete tutorial course all modern standalone MPCs running MPC3
For the MPC Software yes, but for MPC standalone no, because aside from pads and keys, and maybe transport (MMC) no control change will be automatically mapped on your controller, you'll have to use MIDI LEARN and create a template project yourself.

The MPC would have to have better management of the MIDI mapping to do that. I briefly felt surprised there wasn't a simple map for the MIDIMix and then I realised as all MPC's MIDI control information goes into one big list you couldn't load and replace for just one MIDI device very easily if using multiple. A way to save and load presets per connected MIDI device would be very useful!
