New MPC one user: screen freeze!

MPC One screen locked twice on me today. The Q link sidebar stays open and touch screen in Main mode stops working. Was able to save. Haven’t sent this issue anywhere. Any ideas?

Did you delete the factory content on your internal drive?
If so, you have to contact Akai to send it to you again, unfortunately.

If you recently Updated your Firmware...Make sure you Reset the MPC in the Preferences Menu

Ground issues ,it's mentioned here by other users, it affects the capacitive knobs
As a workaround hold qlink button and disable the sidebar (avoid touching in the meantime any knob or your touchscreen won't work)

That q-link trick worked for me. It always freeze when using q-links in a plugin like mini d or op-x THANX
