Plugs in adust delay to match Seq tempo?

Enjoying my new Fabric XL plug in in Reaper (DAW) and allot of the sounds have a delay.
Does that delay automatically know the temp of my sequencer? (Tempo Delay) or do I have to adjust each time?

set your Global and Sequence BPM to match whatever the Reaper BPM is and will be in sync (except maybe Flex Beat Player -- at least it's not syncing for me)
