...yes, of course - once again: fair enough ;-)

I know, it is me, as I am expecting something.... Other people are happy the way it is, and even expecting things the way they are.

Yeah, this seems like basic (CRUD) Create, Read, Update, Delete functionality. I was scratching my head yesterday trying to delete a head from track in a sequence.

Haven't tried this yet.... couldn't we workaround this and clean things up by copy/pasting the track that matter to a new sequence?

I have just got a Mpc One recently after being a mpc2000 head for years.
I'm still working it out but, what I do is - press delete - select 'All' or a specific pad - press do it.
That seems easier than manually highlighting everything in the arrangement window.

I dont find the 'erase' function on the touch screen very responsive or I'm just more familiar with doing it the old way. Might be my fat fingers....plus Im old now and my eyesight isnt what it was but, a few of the manoeuvres from the O.G units are the same.

That's what I do.
But otherwise I'm digging the Mpc One. No floppy disks or Scusi drives? A Gigabyte of storage?!
Doesn't have the same punch as my mpc 2000 but, I think thats becouse I dont know how to use it yet. PEeEeEEECE :::)

Pencil icon in track area.
Pencil icon in sequence area.
Pencil icon in program area.
Pencil icon shows a menu of options.

The “punch” can be done with eq, filter, transient shaping, etc.
You have much more “control for punchiness” than 2k/2kxl ever had.
