MPCXse MIDI Program Channel offset

Hi,

I have my MPCXse connected to my Roland RD700NX via midi. I have a tone list for the RD, however the program channel is offset by 1 because it seems Roland start the numbering from a base of 1, whereas the MPC seems to start from a base of 0.

Is there a way to add an offset to the MPC so that the program channel matches the RD

Nope. That's one of the strange things about MIDI, program numbering is not standardized. Sometimes they start with zero, sometimes with one. Octaves are also strange, the midi note 60 could be c4, c3, c2, all depending on what the manufacturer says.
