How to change the scale of a sample

Is it possible to change a scale of a sample say from c flat to C sharp I have a sample on a pad and like the sound of the note but I want to change the scale of the sound. Is this possible. I have the MPC Live 2 I want to copy the sound to edit sample which I know how to do but I can’t figure out how to change the scale of the note. Please help. Thank you.

You can change the tuning. Use the tune control in the program to do this. "Scale" is not meaningful in this context.

It's not trivial. There are 3 ways to do it. All paid

1. Melodyne. After you analyze sample polyphonically, you can change major to minor or dim or aug or alt. Offline non realtime, outside of DAW
2. Zynaptiq. This one is realtime processing vst. Beware! Even tough i7 computers are brought to their knees with this 2013 plugin EASILY.
3. Retune by zplane. Realtime vst. Really low on CPU, but brings more artifacts than zynaptiq. Though it costs way less

I suspect by ‘scale’ the op actually means ‘pitch’, so just use the tune option in sample edit, or semi and fine in program edit
