Internal memory on Mpc gone

Please help. I was doing a firmware update. And the internal memory is gone on the MPC ONE. How do I regain the information load it back in?

Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by "internal memory is gone" ?

What is gone exactly ? Factory content ?
