RODE NT-USB Mini Microphone to MPC X SE

I am struggling to determine how I can use a RODE NT-USB Mini mic with my MPC X SE. It does not recognize it as an external device under my preferences. I am not sure if I am missing a step or not. I want to connect it to the MPC using the USB. Perhaps I can't and I just have to use the 3.5mm out to a 1/4" jack cord and run the monitor meant for headphones into the back. Is anyone successfully using a RODES NT-USB mini with their MPC X (or Live 2). Thank you in advance and apologies if there is something dumb about this question.

It looks like it runs at 48kHz, only 44.1kHz can be used with the mpc via usb.

Any analog mic will be compatible with the X.
