I’m having network connection problems with my MPC Live II. The WiFi and Ethernet are both working. I am able to sign in to my Inmusic account on the device. I’m also able to activate the Delay Pro plugin. However, I am unable to download the actual plugin content. When I try to, I get a message “failed to download content list. please check your network connection”

Additionally, when I try to select “online update” on the info page in settings, it says “there was an error contacting the update server”.

I was able to update to 2.12.3 using the USB connection to my computer. However I don’t know any workaround for downloading the plugin content. Has anyone encountered this before?

To be clear, I don’t believe I have the problem some have had with WiFi simply not working.

Same thing. Can it be related to the storage devices. My MPC does not see the connected SSD ADATA SU630; sees the 64Gb (V30 A1) SD Card, but still, when I attempt to download a plugin in Standalone, I get the warning message "Failed to download content list" "Please check your network connection". Hm...

I am very glad to see that I am not the only one with this problem, I am getting the exact same issues as above on my One+ which I bought this week and finally got a chance to sit down with yesterday. I did also try downloading plug ins into the MPC DAW and found that it also throws up the “failed to download content list. please check your network connection” error message.

This makes me believe that the problem is on Akai's end.
