For drum breaks grab any of the hundreds of vinyl breaks you can find online, throw the air tube effect on and turn up the drive then slap the air transient on and decrease the decay.
Season with eq to taste

I thought you meant Leftfield the British Trip-Hop/Electronic Music group for a moment. (Marco Polo is terrible name for google search reasons) Checked out AJ Halls channel and I wonder if Spitfire Lab free drums could get you the vibe. Natural kit, with a vintage vibe, leaning to gritty. You could set the tone, and resample the hits and then throw on some air effects as JO Beats suggests above.
