So obviously the arp only plays when you input notes live. If you have a prerecorded midi part then the arp does not work.
I’m just checking there’s no work around in MPC software for being able to work around this limitation?
I tried sending midi to another channel with the new track it armed and arp engaged. Nope. I mean it should and this limitation seems an oversight.
Only way I can get arp to play prerecorded midi is to send out via a midi loop. Just get one midi cable and plug it in to both in and out of my sound card. This works. But seems pretty dumb work around.
Am I missing something
