Master volume knob not working, help!

Hi, my master volume knob on mpc live 2 is not working, I can adjust volume on the touchscreen, but master volume doesn’t adjust volume up or down. I’ve tried factory reset, not helped.

I wondered if anyone had had the same issue or know how to fix it? I’m hoping it’s not a hardware issue.

Mpc Live 1 user here. The Master knob on the Live 1 is not a digital signal knob, but a real analog knob. When your knob doesnt do anything it is weird that your hear a sound at all, I would say that you have a hardware defect, unfortunately.. But maybe someone else can reconfirm that..
