It only happened once, but it couldn't detect the build-in audio interface.

Hopefully, this is not a sign of things to come.

this could be the carrier board starting to act up. ive seen this happen on the live and live 2.

if you bought it used, if its one of these machines, you can open up the case and re-seat the connectors. some have experienced this solved the issue. others (like me with a retro live ii which was brand new out of the box!!) have had to get the carrier board replaced.
