Unable to install free trial plugin

I’m really enjoying my MPC Key 37. However, I would like to purchase Jura. Before that I would like to install the free trial.

When I select free trial I get a message “This account has already had a trial of this product”. This message has baffled me has I have never installed the free trial of Jura before. Anyway the strange thing is when I go to select another plugin like Mini D then it installs with no issues.

I was thinking the problem could be that a few weeks ago I tried installing the Jura free trial just instantly after taking the MPC Key 37 out of the box and updating the firmware but had issues with an error messages and it didn’t install. I also had problems activating OPX4.

Maybe Akai thought I had already installed the Jura plugin a few weeks ago and even though it wasn’t installed because of the error message it still activated the 10 day trial countdown. This is really frustrating as I was wanting to check out the Jura plugin before buying it.

Please advise.

I suspect you are correct, you could contact Akai support to request a trial reset, I'm sure they would be obliging. It's a good plugin but it's not worth the $150 they are currently selling for - check out Thomann who seem to have the lowest price ATM (just over 50% off) https://www.thomann.de/gb/air_music_technology_jura.htm

I’ve contacted Akai support about a free trial reset on the Jura plugin.

That looks a good deal for the Jura plugin on the link you posted. I too feel that £150 is too much for a plugin and £63 is about right for the price. I’ll wait until I hopefully get the free trial reset before buying as the deal is on for another month.

One question. Once I buy the Jura plugin do I just enter the serial number that I am given in the Jura activation in the preferences of the MPC Key 37?
