midi input bug on mpc one

Hello everyone, while creating some hardware + internal synth sequences with my MPC one, the machine started receiving some midi trigger as if i was pressing the same four notes constantly, infact as I press the note repeat button it would sound as an arpeggio or sequence without actually pressing the pads. I have tried to change my midi settings and bring them back to default, but as I restarted the mpc, it would do the same again and again. I have also tried to reset the general settings to default and update the firmware. This obviously applies to any channel that receives midi, so as I play a sequence or create any midi pattern, would it be a plug-in, key or external instrument, I will have those four notes being played constantly. The 16 pads configuration looks also different because i can only play the notes on the lower three lines of pads, but cannot play the top 4 notes because they show up in green color and doesn't let me play them as midi notes.
I would like to know if this is some bug or if i activated some weird setting by mistake, if anyone knows that would be helpful. Thanks!
