Hi Everyone
I'm brand new to the MPC, have bought an MPC One +. I've downloaded inMusic, iLOK and MPC2 software.
I can't get the MPC2 software to open, I've tried reinstalling many times. When I try an open the app, I see the icon on my Task Bar, but nothing else happens.
I use Windows 11, I've downloaded version 2.14.0.20. I've read some other forum post where they say you can:
1. Open the program as administrator (although this removes some drag and drop functionality i think).
2. Go to c:/programdata/akai/mpc and delete a file called 'Sentry' to fix this problem.
Solution 1. doesn't work for me.
For Solution 2, I don't have a file called 'Sentry' in that directory. I'd add a screenshot to this post, but unfortunately don't know how - probably are some instructions on the site I should have read before posting.
Has anyone faced the same issue? Let me know if there's more info I can add to this post to help.
