yes but if say, you have kick on pad 1 and clap on pad 4 and you want to swap them, you have to:
-copy pad 1 to bank b empty pad 1
-copy pad 4 to pad 1
-copy bank b empty pad 1 to pad 4

you'll perhaps agree it is a bit clumsy. on the sp404 you have an "exchange pads" which works pretty fast, you just select the two pads you want to swap and boom!

The RS7000 also has track exchange. Very cool QOL features. Wish Akai would implement that.
