Saving and Recalling Auto-Sampled Sounds on an MPC Key 61

Need some help! I auto-sampled an instrument sound from another keyboard of mine. When I play live, I like to have all my sounds available as tracks in a project and then just mute and unmute tracks to play one sound at a time or split and layer them, using the key range tab. The auto-sampled sound is on track 1 and then I can add up to 7 more plug-in sound or drums. I have those sounds stored in the favorites tab, which are plug-ins that come with the MPC or ones I've edited. This is what I can't figure out: I'd like to be able to open a project and let's say track 1 is Classical Grand. I'd like to be able to go to track 2 and add the auto-sampled sound that I created. If I could go to the Sound tab and find it, I could then select it for Track 2, like any plug-in sound. How do I get that auto-sampled sound into the sounds or Favorites tab, like all the other sounds I can select? Is it how I "save" the autosample? Can I get 2 or more autosampled sounds in the same project?
