A for effort when it comes to online research, however you got a lot of it wrong. Next time try asking the involved parties before spinning speculation as facts ?

Qubiq and 2getheraudio were created in 2016 by Jennifer Hruska, Rick Cohen (both from Sonivox / Kurzweil) and myself. It was structured as 2 companies from the start. Qubiq provided the technology for a modular environment to build plugins and offered it to 3rd parties. 2getheraudio was just one of Qubiq customers. Between 2017 and 2020 (when Akai bought both companies), we released about 30 plugins, under 2getheraudio and others.

The issues with authorization of 2getheraudio plugins were resolved early on, and in any case, none of this authorization tech was ever used by Akai.

After the Akai acquisition, a lot of work had to be done to optimize the tech to run on hardware MPC, as well as integrate with the MPC touch UI system. It is now working great, with the 3 plugins you mentioned running on standalone MPC's, and hopefully more to come.

Not trying to spin anything and yes I know a lot of stuff might be wrong hence I've used expressions such as "I think…", "in my mind…" etc, or :

You just stated that "everything works great" despite this forum being filled with multiple threads regarding authorisation problems or did you meant that plugins themselves work great but the authorization stuff is completely out of your field and is being handled by AKAI? I think it's quite obvious that anyone that close involved with development on this platform will dismiss any problems or just simply hide behind NDA - not saying you are, just overall observation (re: midi bug, plugin deauthorisations, etc...)

You misunderstood me (or I misunderstood you )
All I was saying was the Qubiq/2getheraudio authorisation issues had been resolved by 2020.

I was not talking about Akai authorisation system issues, other than to say that it is a totally different system.
